  3. Image Exchange (imgxc.com) reserves the right to remove, or replace any uploaded files and bears no responsibility to lost image links, or deletion keys.
  4. Image Exchange does not control or endorse the content that users post, provide, or upload to Image Exchange. We do not claim ownership of the materials you post or provide on our service.
  5. Image Exchange holds no responsibility for the content uploaded by users of its website, and all files are copy written to their respective owners.
    1. Any issues with images uploaded to Image Exchange should be reported via the Report This Image link, available on each image page. Where images are not illegal, we are not obliged to remove reported images, any action carried out is done so 'bona fides'.
  6. Any information provided by the user is strictly confidential, and Image Exchange will never release or publish such information without permission from the user. However, this information may be released if, a user breaks the Image Exchange terms of use, commits any unlawful act, if the information is subpoenaed, or if Image Exchange feels necessary or appropriate.
